For the first time in India, a unique solution has been found to curb widespread software piracy. Company has devised a software solution that makes it practically impossible for unauthorised persons to copy licensed software.
Software piracy seems to have become the order of the day with illegal copying of programmes, fake licences and selling of pirated software CDs in the open market.
Faced by this threat, a software developer devised DiscKeeper to curb this menace.
"The software prevents anyone
trying to copy the content into the hard disk or anyone trying to
burn another CD by making an image of it. They will have to go and
buy the original which will go a long way in stopping the menace
